*Cabanas at The Ocean Club can only be rented by Ocean Club members Minimum 3 nights.

*All Cabanas rentals will require a Sub-lease application with a $100 fee, made Payable to “Ocean Club Community Association”, the completed application package and Sub-Lease Agreement must be Submitted to the Association at least fifteen (15) Business days prior occupancy.

*All Cabanas rentals require a security deposit and cleaning fee.

*Ocean Club Realty, Inc & the owners of the cabanas will not provide guest cards or access to the amenities including permanent or overnight parking, any resident opting to rent any cabanas shall be on charge to provide access to their guest.
